Welcome to the 2008 Second Annual Bike Through the Forest bike ride.

This year we have added a little something "The Hills"

This may be the ride of the training season. This year's ride will be in Coldspring, Texas just north of Cleveland. Not only will you have three different length routes ........ each are filled with hills and absolutely beautiful scenery. The town of Coldspring is the county seat for San Jacinto County. It is very small and quaint town and the residents are some of nicest people in Texas. The ride will start at the courthouse and after the ride, I know several of you will want to visit the shops right across the street. The local cafes and restaurants have great food and will be ready to serve you a great meal following the ride.

We have full rest stop and SAG support. This will include all the fruit and drinks along with plenty of port-a-potties. So whether you need to take a break, need help with a flat or just need a lift, we will be there for you.

Stay tuned to more information as the start date gets closer. Let's all pray for great weather.

Check out the link to photos of the town and route scenery. Bring the whole family, they'll have a great time.

Hope to see you on the ride
